The Role
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on identifying, researching, and qualifying potential customers for THE/STUDIO within the US market.
Working closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Operations, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and lead qualification. This is a hands-on, prospecting-heavy role in a fast-growing company operating in a rapidly expanding market.
Your success will be measured by the quality and consistency of qualified opportunities you create for the sales team, not by closing deals.
Your responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll:
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels)
Research and identify high-potential prospects, including “hidden gems” within our CRM of 100,000+ companies
Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing fit, needs, timing, and decision-making criteria
Conduct discovery and needs-assessment conversations to understand prospects’ requirements and use cases
Clearly articulate THE/STUDIO’s value proposition at a high level to determine alignment and interest
Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings or product demos for the Account Executive team
Work closely with AEs to ensure smooth handoffs and strong context on each qualified opportunity
Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date records in the CRM
Proactively identify pipeline risks and gaps, and adjust outreach strategies accordingly
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine outbound messaging, targeting, and processes
Within 1 month, you’ll:
Learn THE/STUDIO’s products, value proposition, and ideal customer profile
Become fully integrated with the team and comfortable with our tools and processes
Launch outbound outreach and qualify your first opportunities
Begin reviewing and reactivating existing leads in our CRM and booking meetings with interested prospects
Within 3 months, you’ll:
Consistently generate high-quality, well-qualified opportunities for the AE team
Be confident identifying strong-fit prospects and disqualifying low-fit ones early
Be recognized by teammates as someone who improves pipeline quality and overall sales efficiency
Demonstrate strong product knowledge and a clear understanding of what makes a deal viable
Within 6 months, you’ll:
Help identify and implement new tools, workflows, or prospecting methods that improve SDR performance
Build a strong, forward-looking pipeline and consistently exceed your qualification targets
Continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates, and AE handoff success
Begin preparing for potential growth into a full-cycle Account Executive role
What we’re looking for:
1+ years of experience as an outbound-focused Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar role
Strong prospecting, qualification, and discovery skills
Structured, analytical, and data-driven mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum C1 level of English
Hands-on experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
Familiarity with outbound and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Salesloft, Cognism, or similar
