š» The Role
Weāre seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our operational initiatives for our China team. In this key position, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization, ensuring seamless coordination across departments, and driving operational excellence to support our growth objectives. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with the leadership team.
What Youāll Do:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with business goals, enhancing efficiency and productivity across all departments.
SaaS Sales Development: Identify, establish, and cultivate relationships with key factory partners, enhancing our SaaS offerings and ensuring alignment with operational capabilities.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with factory stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and that they remain engaged with our SaaS solutions.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of operations specialists, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement and innovation.
Cross-Department Coordination: Oversee and coordinate daily operations, ensuring alignment between departments and addressing any operational challenges that arise.
Policy Development: Design and implement policies and procedures that enhance operational effectiveness and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement; develop action plans to address any issues.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
Change Management: Lead initiatives aimed at improving processes and implementing changes to adapt to market dynamics.
What Weāre Looking For:
Experience: Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a startup environment and in the manufacturing industry; experience in SaaS sales is a plus.
Education: Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Hubspot, Slack, Google Suite); familiarity with data analysis tools is advantageous.
Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Ā Professional english proficiency is a must.
Adaptability: Open mindset and flexibility to navigate change and unexpected challenges; commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on strategic objectives.
